This is a 1979 Susan B Anthony dollar coin I found when they were originally released. It was sent to the bank I worked at as part of our initial SBA offering.

I have had it since then but am interested in finding out if there are any like this? or what the estimated value might be of it.

Any info or advice would be GREATLY appreciated!

On the Cud site the coin is credited to Fred Weiberg,a well known dealer. I would think 042190 could call them and get an idea on retail and wholesale values.

Fantastic Cud, and it could be MS (Mint State).

Very nice Cud on that one - 2x2 that coin and label it well - the 'provenance' of this coins history lies with you and the fact you got it and had it since the first year of issue. Otherwise it becomes an unknown year SBA.

Nice Cud!

One similar to yours sold at auction about 17 years ago for close to 500$. Value of one today? Who knows!

A 2x2 is a special holder designed to protect mainly coins and modern ones are white cardboard with clear plastic to see the coin and measure 2 inches square, hence 2x2...
That is one legitimate mint error Cud on top of that!
