The mint tech that polished this die really did a job on it! Not only did they remove too much of the field around the T, but they also left deep abrasion marks on both dies from this pair.

I'm with over abrading. You can see heavy die scratches, all over the coin and what was probably a nice clash, still barely showing, on the obverse and reverse.
