I was going through some Kennedy half dollars & found a 1993 P without any reeding. I weighed the coin the weight 11.2 grams

Does the reeding appear to be worn off? Lots of halves were used in casinos and lost their edges...

The weight is close to the standard of 11.3 grams and as long as it is the same size as a normal half dollar(i.e. not bigger which would be partial collar or broadstruck) then it probably spent so time in a casino being continually fed into the pokies.

What's the rest of the coin look like. Sometimes a filled die will leave a coin without reeding, at least that's what I read somewhere.

Smooth edge JFK halves are from heavy circulation wear, likely from heavy casino use. They are worth 50 cents.
