Looks like the L touch's the rim also the top of the coin the words are very close to the rim and I'm not sure if any of liberty is doubled or not almost looks like it is but I don't have magnifying glass

Letters (AKA devices) which appear to run up to/crowd the rim is typically a sign of die deterioration--dies getting old and worn, yet still in use.

The letters being close to the rim was normal up until
1969 when they made a new master die.
I don't see any Doubling from pictures supplied.
Please supply a closeup of that area.

Note the shape of the 'L'? If is flat on the top of that device. Thus looking more like coin contact or a Struck Through Grease error. No premium for either. The location closer to the rim can be a die wear issue or a spread on the master hub. So it if is seen on all the dies that year, then it is common for that year.

So looking a three other examples for that year, it is a common die issue for that year. So no premium for your coin from I can see on the images.
