Would You Say My 1967 Washington Quarter Dollar Has A Rim Or Planchet Error Or Is This PMD?

When I look at the damage on the rim of my coin I can't see the reeding. Also, is that striation I see where the damage is? Or, alas, is it PMD? By the way, even I think I sound coiny when trying out terms I've gleaned from my knowledgeable predecessors! Is that the true color of the coin or is your white balance out of adjustment? Your coins is PMD not an error or variety.You also posted too many photos,as a general rule one full coin pic obverse and one full coin pic reverse as well as one or two close ups where and when needed.If we need to see more we will ask for them.
