Hello all!
First I would like to extend my sincere apology for not following through on any previous requests for your help.
When I look at the damage on the rim of my coin I can't see the reeding. Also, is that striation I see where the damage is?
Or, alas, is it PMD?
By the way, even I think I sound coiny when trying out terms I've gleaned from my knowledgeable predecessors!
I thank you kindly for your input.

Looks like a typical "lawnmower" coin to me. We see plenty of them in Australia too:

You posted in the wrong section,I PMed the mods to move your post. Is that the true color of the coin or is your white balance out of adjustment? Your coins is PMD not an error or variety. You also posted too many photos,as a general rule one full coin pic obverse and one full coin pic reverse as well as one or two close ups where and when needed. If we need to see more we will ask for them.
