I store them in 32mm airtites and create thin labels that are visible on the edge of the holder. They are stored in boxes with the edges facing up.

That is a VERY nice 1811 O-112a! The die crack from the cap to the edge is just visible to meet the R-5 late die state. I'm still looking for one for my set, they are very tough in choice XF+. I'd love to see more of your halves!
