I don't know much about this series of coins but I'd like to imagine it was found in the bloodsoaked pants pocket of someone famous. Lol.The stars to the left seem thick but idk wth regardless. What are your thoughts on this coin?

Looks like VF details (ED), possibly buried for a time.
Rest in Peace

Very interesting the way it's caked up on that coin . Leads me to believe it's not environmental .Some thing was put on that coin maybe a thick paint or some other thick substance and has since dried .
Could also have been a ground find .

Since the underlying coin is somewhat worn, this surface coloration came more recently. I agree with this being a potential ground find, but no real way of knowing for sure.

I say this coin has been buried for a period of time and has been environmentally damaged.
