Where are you seeing doubling? Photos are a bit blurry.

I see some flow lines from the die being tired when this coin was struck, but no obvious doubling. Does IGWT look a little thicker maybe?

I'm trying to understand what characterizes true doubling? I thought maybe the seven and the eight. Here's another photo Is there doubling in 1969 or in god we trust?

the '9's in the date looks like they took hits damaging them a little bit. The 6 is flattened a bit too.
over all I'm not seeing any doubling

When trying to match up to a doubled die, it is best to check the sites first
http://www.varietyvista.com/07%20Ro...Listings.htm
Note on their listings the dates you mentioned have no DDO's for those years. (Note they are not underlined) So take some time and take a look at the listed examples to see what to look for on DDO's to see what to look for. That way your not guessing. Train your eyes to see what to look for on doubled dies first. Then you will know what to look for.

If you have a map to go some place, it you don't use it, you could possibly not get to your destination. (if you've never been there before?)

to the CCF If you are looking for DD, dimes might not be the right coin to look for them. There are not many after 1970.
