super strike. love the beard. obv rim nicks may affect value a little. not sure if they would details the coin though.

discoloration of the surfaces appear to indicate that the coin was handled. I dont think it was circulated

MS63RB I think color is short for an RD designation

Nice coin.
I think even an MS-64 is quite possible.
As for BN or RB I'd need the coin "in hand" to decide that.

Very nice eye appeal and strike.

Perhaps you might be confused as to the definition of RB.

From the PCGS website:

Red Brown (RB): PCGS designates Red and Brown for copper coins that grade MS60 or better and show between 5% and 95% of their original mint red color.

Does this coin appear to you to have less than 5% of the original mint red color? I'm firmly in the RB camp and possibly even RD.

edit for spllgening

its a little bit of a challenge due to shadowing but the discoloration on the obverse imo keeps it out RD. so like you said RB is most likely the designation without coin in hand or photos without shadowing

It might make MS 64, but as others have said those rim nicks might hold it back.
