Interested in your opinions about the 3 possible Errors on this 1986 penny.

L touching the border, wide space between S and T, and really deep die on the 68, It throws a heck of a shadow under a light from the side.

These all seem consistent with cents of that year.

Nothing unusual for a 1968 cent.
In 1969 a new master die was created that moved the copy away from the rim.

Yes. The change from '68 to '69 is rather dramatic.

1968 was the last year for the master obverse hub. The devices merging with the rims was normal for 68, it is considered hub/die wear and NOT an error. Coin is worth 1 cent, keep looking and welcome to CC!
