Anxiously awaiting the results of the weight and magnetic properties.

Are you saying all 1944 S steel cents will have the same mint mark location?
Or are you saying the two known examples are from the same die pair?

Why couldn't newly discovered ones have been struck by different die pairs resulting in a different MM location?

I didnt photoshop any photos. I'm not sure where the post went with the morgan but I will add it in comments again. I am getting 2.8g for weight and it stuck to a magnet when put it against it. I'm not sure what your meaning when you are asking for a better lighting on a certain part but this coin was just in a roll my grandfather who passed left me and so far all the rest in it have been 1943-D steel ones but like I've stated I have very little knowledge so thats why Ive decided to check with people that know a thing or 2 lol. Might be fake,i dont know. But if so whoever did it is amazing cause in person it looks like its suppose too..to me atleast lol
