Found this 1965 Roosevelt dime below the word trust in the motto in god we trust a mirror like letters

looks like Die Deterioration Doubling, the result of die wear, no premium value

Not a Double Struck.
That is caused by Die Deterioration. The mint was using the die past it's prime.

Very late die state. DDD on Dimes didn't happen until about 1998 on them. Very few doubled dies on the obverse after 1973 dimes. Note the V.V pages for the obverse dimes:
