1997 P Mint Dime With Possible Embedded Copper Error On Reverse

Second, I understand that you are sure that it isn't dirt, but are you sure that during circulation, something else hasn't just been "smushed" onto the surface of this dime? Those two copper-colored spots are located on high points in the design, so it seems possible that they were added after this coin left the mint.
