coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 11/28/2022 10:27 am Weight? If more than 2.5 grams, something was added to the coin. The reverse makes it looks like it was added to the coin post strike, with a pushing movement. If it were a huge die break, then the weight would be 2.5 grams and the reverse area would be blank opposite that area. (Not struck at all on the reverse side on that area in question. Without the die design being present on the obverse, the reverse would be weak on the reverse) Note the weakness when that part of the die was there, but could not strike up without the pressure from the other die? That is what someone was trying to make it look like. Report this Post to the Staff
