It is raised and the right side of the painting is showing reflection on the right side of the painting. Note on the devices, the left side of the devices are showing the reflection. So it is incuse. Note the right side of these letters, Using two light sources defeats this theory. Raised devices and light: They are dark. Thus the light misses that side of these devices. Opposite sides of the devices will show reflection on raised and incuse devices. CoopHome: How is lighting different on incuse and raised devices?
