Does anyone know why itchy & scratchy character on this coin lol.also other marking I've circled.

The bottom red circle is the designers' initials, the top red circle might be a flaw in the Mylar coin holder. Always best to remove coin from Mylar holders before taking photos.

Yes with the pics taken with this coin in a 2x2, it is hard to tell if that is a small tear on the plastic or a bit of circulation damage.

Not sure what your concern is with this coin.
It looks like a regular dollar with some contact marks.

No concern Jimmy was checking originally the mark on first pic but the 2×2 had mark on it just changed holder
