I just found this 2000 P Nickel. Thought it would be considered full steps, but then I seen the obverse of coin in the hair? Is this a Cud errors or ?

No, a Cud is a die break that involves the rim of the coin. From the picture I can't say for sure what the two small spots are. If they are raised, they could be small die chips or some foreign substance on the coin. If they are depressed, then most likely damage to the coin.

That is not a Cud, a Cud involves the rim (see glossary),
it looks like you have two small die chips in the hair.
Also it is not a full steps, there is a minor damage on them.

could be die chips in the hair on the obverse. I would not consider this coin to be a FS coin.

Just to clarify what In asking about. The raised bumps in his hair. Die breaks? It almost looked like mint mark to me. You can feel them with your finger That would be die breaks correct? Thanks so much to those who offer an opinion.

Most likely a couple of small die chips, also could be something stuck on the coin. Hard to say for sure from the pictures.
