I'm not seeing a rpm but perhaps better photos may show us more. I do see some circulation marks and flattening around the mintmark and date. Keep searching!

Not an RPM, looks like there may be a small die chip
on the bottom loop of the S.

I politely suggest that you use a less visually distracting background for future photos. Like maybe a sheet of plain colored paper.

Possibly just a damaged mintmark punch? The overall shape looks normal for that year from what I can see.
