this one was given to me just earlier today, by my uncle's girlfriend (who I have gotten into coins, varieties, etc) as an early Christmas present, only because it was from the '50's and she'd just gotten it back in change from the store! I was first amazed at its condition, being in circulation for 60+ yrs, but after putting it under my pocket loupe, I think I have the 001 RPM, from coppercoin! while my pics aren't as fabulous as the site's pics, I've found all the markers, so wanted to see what yall thought?

I don't see it!! unless you are able to provide a better close up ( and I know it is not a walk in the park specially images taken by cell phones) I don't think you could get much help on your answer!

my pics are lackluster, at best, cant wait to get my better set up for Christmas, but no my coin isn't as pristine as the example on cc, less definition for sure, but I can see raised areas, in the same places, just showing a lil more "experience", or wear, than the cc example, but when the 4 mar kers were, obvious, appearing in the exact same places......maybe I'm wishfully ASSuming too much

The punches need to be seen on the mintmark area to be a RPM. If not strong enough, they may never be listed. This one doesn't appear from what I've seen so far, as being just a normal mintmark to me.

We need to see the RPM sharp and in focus.

Sorry, don't see it either. Been looking at these recently and the RPM's are tough but apparent.

Does not matter if you can see all the markers, you have to see the RPM first. If you don't have that, the markers mean nothing.
