the dime's devices do not look sharp enough for it to be a 1975-no-S proof

1981-S looks like an impaired proof quarter. What are they wrapped in? Hard to tell from the photos.

Sry everybody I was running late to work had to to work a double thank you for you all and yes I was inquiring if it was a 1975 s because I found it with the 1981 s quarter and in person they both have that mirror like and bluish tone

Don't believe it is the rare 1975 dime proof w/ no mintmark. Is it a standalone dime, or part of a set?
