I have spent most of my last week going through a bunch if 2022 quarters like a thousand dollars worth and found some interesting ones for sure but say this is the best...I think? I have mainly drooling George or Washington ones and a few others that maybe better than this idk? I'd appreciate I let me know ow what you think and also I know haven't sId what error is but it's so big I don't need to. Thanks to all who read and reply! *** Edited by Staff to crop and/or rotate images. Please crop and correctly orient images before uploading. ***

just a big chip on the nose. Pretty impressive too. haven't seen one there until now. But it is not an error, but instead a 'die event'

Errors are one off events. Once this die was chipped every single coin it struck was like this. That's the difference.

I've searched and searched there hasn't been anyone else saying anything about having something similar. I also have a dozen at least of drooling George's or Washington's and a few with either scar on nose or small wart seems to be but not with a big bump on the nose! In person that's all I see and feel is a big bump

see and 'feel'? you shouldn't be touching the surface of a coin as you can ruin it with the oils on your hands and fingers.

George and Washington is George Washington. It is the same person.

These are just die chips. I feel that die clashes are causing these issues. They are not die varieties, but die events. Another thread on this subject: 2022 Sally Ride quarters obverse die chip? What could be the cause? possible clash error?http://goccf.com/t/434126#3727725Note my comments on this issue on this thread.

Thanks coop. I have others I plan on posting soon to see what can Find out. I watched some of your videos earlier you had posted on a different post and I believe it's a lamination issue if remember correctly. There's curved lines on one side that appear almost like a scratch and on both coins they are close to the rim so not sure if that had anything to do with it? I'll try and make tgise the next 1s I post
