The defective planchet is caused by corrosion after the coin was minted.

We are ready for you 279773. If you has the Canadian coins, so you must be on East cost. Very nice Victoria coins there.

This coin you show here I will put on metal selling jar. More price then the coin itself.

It probably was found outdoors and then soaked in copper cleaner, the the roughness fell partly off of the coin. Now it is just a Wheat cent.
