I weighed this 3 times but got 3 different readings so I guess my batteries are petering out. What would this be called?

Looks like a thinned planchet issue also with a straight clip issue. (Clipped blank over the edge of the stock material) Date will be unknown. 195X

Straight clip on a tapered planchet. These tapered planchets are often associated with the edge of the roll so straight clips are fairly commonly associated with them.
