It is a little hard to tell if that number 6 is completely filled in or not, but there appears to be a die chip there.

Die chip. The 9 & 6 on Lincoln cents don't show a closed device. They are all open on this series.

The open 6 & 9 still continues on this series. So a die chip would happen there as there are no posts on the dies on this series.
