You're going way overboard with pictures. In this topic alone you've uploaded almost 3MB of images for an obviously damaged coin. In the future, Please just start with one large pic of the obverse and one large pic of the reverse to start.

If a worker at the mint had used pliers on the coin. Would it or could it be considered a mint error?

Post strike damage it appears....Almost certainly happened looong after the coin left the mint and was in circulation. We see similar damage often, across all denominations.
