Help With 2011 Vicksburg Quarter Possible Error

I can't seem to get any help or information on my 2011 Vicksburg quarter that looks very odd. It's the same thickness as a dime but it only weighs 5.00 grams. Any knowledge would be greatly appreciated. My pictures won't do justice to it. If this was altered by someone, they had to have used some machine tools bc it's too perfect to have been done by hand.
