This coin show a light strike which is find in thousands and thousands. It is just the ways the Mint strike. To achieve the demand they push down at 75 % forces so they can go faster. Cujohn Pillar of the Community United States 7174 Posts	Posted 12/27/2022 6:43 pm This is a trait that involves the whole Lincoln series. The shoulder of Lincoln on the obverse takes so much metal to fill in, it has to take it from the reverse. It's more pronounced if the planchet is a little lite, or the strike is weak.
