I just know that some of the design of the obverse has been struck on the reverse and the double struck is off center. I'm not entirely sure what to call this error. If someone knows what this mint error is called, please enlighten me.

@aref, yikes that coin is messed up. If real then I think it must be overstruck on top of a first coin with an extreme misaligned die. Can you please give us the weight of this piece? Thx.

There seems to be some glue stuck to it. I think that an acetone soak to remove the glue is needed to determine what, if anything, is underneath.

I'd agree; it's transparent glue., left behind when two coins were glued together then prised apart again. It's transparent, so it looks metallic from the underlying metal, but it's not actually part of the coin.

Needless to say, it's not a mint error.

I have double-checked. There is no glue. There is no doubt about it being a mint error. I just need to know what exactly the error is called. I don't have a scale to weigh the exact mass. I'm getting 4g on my scale and my scale doesn't show non-integer numbers.

@Spence I'll buy a scale that measures the mass up to two decimal points and then share the exact mass.

Sorry, but it 100% is glue, and not a mint error.
