In examining some recent year Silver Proof sets, I have noticed some haze, cloudiness forming on the Sacagewea and cents in the 2020 and 2022 Proof sets. They are all in their OGP in a moisture controlled environment.
Have others seen the same thing occurring in these, or other, years?

IMO sometime/somewhere storage conditions were not "a moisture controlled environment".

I have recently acquired a 2020 silver proof, 2020 proof, and 2021 proof sets, all of which have haze and/or spots on the Sacagawea dollar, and both the clad proof sets have a hazy penny as well.
What causes this? Is it just water or other chemicals not getting cleaned off before the coin is packaged? On some coins the toning seems to radiate out from a black spot or other speck on the surface of the coin, on others the spots can appear as "shadows" where the coin is toned all around it but not inside the spot itself, like on the 2020 Silver Proof Nickel shown below.

RGG Kid!

Where did you get these sets? To me this looks like a result of improper storage at some point. The OGP is not sealed/air-tight and atmospheric moisture can make its way in to the capsules.

It looks like someone sneezed on that set before the top cover was placed on it..
I like my coins to be haze and spot free, but If not, that I'll take the haze over the spotting..
