Hey all,

I found this in a bag of old wheat cents. I haven't a clue of what it is, maybe one of you can help identify what this is?

It weights 3.02g
Same size as a 1C. I threw up some photos to show size comparison to a Lincoln Cent and an Indian Head...

You compare in the photo with 1964 cent. Hard to say because different alloy. The Head was bronze and the Cent was Brass as was Mint. An ZRF is need for. The thickness is not enough.

What give me questions it is why no tresses of design print but has the rims?

No conclusion for the moment on this from me.

This is undoubtedly a token of some sort. Denticles are added from the dies when a coin is struck, and the irregular denticles and lack of any other features indicate that is not a product of the US Mint.
