Does anyone know what the print is or what caused it? Did it happen during production or is it post damage? Still learning

@love, first welcome to CCF. Second, with regard to this bubbling in between FDR's face and LIBERTY, that is due to exposure high heat. We sometimes call these "campfire coin", but it is impossible much more about how this was done except to say that it happened after the coin left the mint.

Noting the disturbance on fields by the nose, it looks like the coin was heated, swelling the fields on that area, and partly flattened to be used in a vending machine. So this is just a damage coin, a spender.

Intentional damage to simulate environmental damage. Damage + Damage = post mint damage, period. Spend it.
