Possible lamination on reverse - now very worn down, or possibly material (like solder) was dropped onto the coin long ago.

to the CCF The semicircle on the obverse is from another coin. I think the rest on the obv and rev is a result of this coin being in a fire a long time ago. Fire does a lot of strange things too coins. In any case, this is all damage.
