1989-D Double Die On Obverse And Reverse?

curiousone1 New Member United States 36 Posts	Posted 01/04/2023 9:37 pm This coin looks to have doubling on the date and words on obverse at the tops. and on the reverse on the tops of all the letters. Please confirm for me or is it my camera? The date looks to have an 8 in 1989 struck over maybe a 3 or 9.
