This coin looks to have doubling on the date and words on obverse at the tops. and on the reverse on the tops of all the letters. Please confirm for me or is it my camera?
The date looks to have an 8 in 1989 struck over maybe a 3 or 9.
The D is cut off on top.
thank you for your help

These are decent images but we'll need to see clear closeups of the areas in question to be able to help you.

We could use better photos. It looks like some split-plating (lines above letters around edge of reverse) and possibly DDD on the date and mint mark. Nothing unusual from what I can see.

I'm not sure and unfortunately I don't have a better camera at the time and this is the sharpest I could get it. I posted it before and you guys told me to get better pictures. So I hope this is good. Thank you for your help.

@cur, best practice is to start only one thread per coin so I have merged your two threads for this cent. Hopefully we can now get you the answers you are seeking.
