I was able to play with your photos and see what it is. It is the DDO-007 and on the Observe under the L in Liberty it is a relative long Die Crack. l presume this coin it is somewhere between Stage B and C, more Stage C.

It is not very circulate coin, so IMHO could be AU50 to AU55. This it is a Silver coin who develop protecting oxide. If have restoration will have back the shinny.(but will be not worth). The price for? hard for me to say because I am innocent on this. Maybe 100$? Others here know better this chapter.

Silviosi...In the CONECA listings the 64D RPM-001 has three listed stages, A, B, and C. Stages A and B have the 64D DDO-007 for the Obverse, and Stage C has an Obverse Die Changed with the new Obverse having no doubling at all.

Thanks! Silviosi, here are the closeup pictures of all the lettering on the obverse. I do not see the die crack that you mention, I think it is slight variations in the tarnishing and nicks and scratches from light circulation and being moved around in bags and bins with other coins.

Maybe you are right about. Seem to be more scratch. Very nice coin also from the educational point of view here.

Khromtau, the reason I first said it was probably not worth slabbing, I looked on the bay and found an ANACS slabbed, AU58 and it was selling for $26.99.

Thank you ATROX, you clear my old mind. In this case is missing me the Stage C, more cash to spend. I know that in 1964 was use the normal year die and the new one for 1965. So I will note this that the Stage C in fact was those coins strike in 1965 with the date 1964 as per aprouv of the Congress in June 1964,

Thanks everyone! Does the one I posted have a doubled die on the front? I can't tell. I am assuming not, but I am not 100% sure. Thanks!

It is the best I can do at the moment, without using a microscope but I will try.

It looks like you may have the 64D RPM-001, Stage C. Here are some photos from the Stage C in my Collection. See if you have any of the markers.
