It's so much easier to see those little contact marks on silver coins. With that said, I'll hazard a guess at MS-63 BN.

MS details, possibly cleaned based on the blotchy surface color.

Maybe MS; certainly at least AU.
BUT
Those surfaces bother me.
Possibly a DETAILS coin, Environmental Damage.
A crack-out might change my opinion about that.

NNC is a basement slabber. They just make up a grade out of thin air to deceive buyers. AU Details is probably the real grade.

my first thought was AU55/58 range. no way this coin is MS65. if its MS it go as high as MS63. does it grade straight? maybe. the color and surfaces just look odd
Rest in Peace

I'm late to the party. I would have said AU-55 . Like already mentioned NNC is a basement grading company and should be avoided at all costs . I could have seen it at MS-63 but not MS-65 .

Surfaces do look suspect, and I don't see the mint luster a 65 would have. I'm at AU-55. If it would make MS, I can't see it at much more than 60 or 62.
