All my gold coins are loose in mylar flips. I will probably end up slabbing them all over time just to avoid any more damage to them further and make them easier for kids to sell, handle, understand and look up in the future. Of if any other storage Ideas are better (airtights etc) I'm happy to learn. So I figured I'd just randomly start with this one to get an idea. Looking at grading books I have an idea, but no real experience etc. Here is the 1909-S Saint Gaudens $20 Gold Coin for your grading/opinions!

I don't have much experience with gold, but I'd be at AU-55.

Might post those over the next week or so to get an idea. Thanks for all the opinions, I never know how many little scratches/dings etc is too many.

900 gold is soft, small dings, scratches and wear more obvious with larger coins. AU-53.
