Is there any value or is collectable for a 1941 Wheat penny with a clipped edge?

If it occurred in the minting process, there is a small premium. We can tell you more if you post sharp photos, obverse and reverse.

well, we first need to know if it is a true clip or a 'fabricated' clip done after it left the mint.

Looks like a curved clipped planchet error. The Weakness on the 'L' on Liberty and the Blakesley affect on the opposite edge, assures me this is a real mint planchet error.

Well here is an active ebay sale for a clipped cent ( '68 memorial) but clipped a bit larger than yours is. 13 bids on it so far - highest bid so far? $3.81
