I Need Confirmation Please! 1964 P DDR-021 (Yes That's An 'R' Lol) Lincoln Cent.

I'm quite confident it's an 1964 DDR. Strong doubling on 'One Cent'.. And also on 'United', First 'S' in States, and 'America' is mild to strong doubling. I've done some research, and the closest designation I could find for this DD was VarietyVista 1964 DDR-021,and PCGS 1964 1C DDR FS-802(27)BN. I need help please. It's definitely circulated, but still distinguishable.

I do not think it is a DDR at all. MD maybe, need to work on taking better photos. The better the photo you post the better we can help you. Also, when taking photos take them the exact way they are on the reference site you are using.

Very hard to to tell from pics. Deff need better pics to tell for sure, tho from what I see no DDR there.

Just a die scratch pattern on the die. No spread on the devices. The affected area is the fields, not the devices. If that were the case, than all devices on both sides of the coin would be showing a double strike issue. That is not the case on your coin:
