200? Penny, Date Is Very Faint, Not Sure If Rim Is PMD Or Error

I've been going through a few boxes of pennies to start my year off, and eventually have came across this weird one tonight. I have no idea what is happening here. I hope the pics can show what I'm talking about. I tried to get a few close up because you can see that, whatever type of damage/error this is, you can tell that the lettering on the back is very faint on the raised metal bit, especially on the United States and One Cent on the back. Anyways, can't wait to see what everyone has to say, and fingers crossed not PMD Report this Post to the Staff
