Please let me know what you think of this coin. Never seen one on a clad quarter!

I'm leaning toward a strike through. Clad coins don't exhibit lamination issues--as lamination is defined within the numismatic universe.

Trying to get a better picture but may have to wait for the coin scope. If it helps the dark section around 5-6 o'clock has 2 little peaks, these seem to be raised, and the reason I mentioned delam instead of strike through. I assumed strike throughs would be flatter?
Any pointers on getting better pics with a I Phone?
Thanks for your replies!

As said above, better photos are needed. If not damage after the strike,if there were evidence of a preasure ridge in better pics, than most likely a strike through.
As for clad layers being susceptible to lamination, yes they are https://www.error-ref.com/?s=Clad+lamination+
The plated zinc core cent is the coin that doesn't have the term lamination used for it.

Looks like a struck through to me as well.

Looking forward to a clear image once the scope is in.

This it is a strike through, the grain do not correspond with cooper or nickel. For the letters I go more for Strike Doubling or MD how you want to take the nomination.
