I emailed the British Royal Mint a couple weeks ago asking about this. Their customer support does not know. Mint officials have not made a decision or if they have they are not telling the public yet when they will start minting Britannia with KCIII effigy. A Britannia coin featuring King Charles III's first effigy will be released in the new year No information has been made available regarding the non-bullion versions of the proof and brilliant uncirculated gold or silver 2023 Britannia coins.
