That looks like Die Deterioration Doubling to me ( DDD), but I will let the experts chime in.

@mail, first welcome to CCF. Second, doubling that progresses toward the rim such as on this coin usually means DDD. I think that @coin was right.

Yes, Die Deterioration. A classic example in the date is the 1955 'poor man's doubled die'.
