I found this 2019 P which I think is a Master Doubled Die listled on Wexler's site, because of the large 9 on the date! The problem is there are some scratchs near the 9 and it might have hit the 9 on the date.

Yup, the 9 is typical. I do think you may have a DDO, though. If you don't mind, can you get us some closeups of the areas I have circled?

Looks like a normal die issue. There was a Grease Fill on the die that struck your coin. Thus the '9' looks even larger, because of the Grease Fill issue. Die chips and cracks are common on that area of the design above the shield. Looks like the 'T' on cent is also having the same issue with a Grease Fill on the device as well. So this is a normal die, that has some issues with the die. Not a die variety.

Thanks for the extra pics! From your full coin shots, it looked like there was the typical DDO offset in LIBERTY but think it is just lighting, MD or both. The other pics that I wanted, were to check for markers, if it was a DDO. Sorry but no luck, that I can see on this one. Here is a blown up pic of yours, to see what I was seeing.
