I don't know the rim with the extra metal makes me think a little different about it. & 🤷 #8205;#9792;#65039;

No extra metal, just metal pushed up from the damage.

 to the CCF. I agree with damaged coin - the metal is simply moved from one location to the other.

Yeah it's die damaged. I went to: Error-ref.com to find out what it was.
It looks like it just melted off and merged with the other side of the coins edge.
