What you have circled is way too far from the actual ear to be a doubled ear. Not sure what you have there, (the image is a bit too fuzzy) better photo - closer and in better focus is needed.

You are looking at the wrong area for a doubled ear. All the Doubled ears are below that earlobe areas:
Click on this image to enlarge the devices, so you can see better what I mentioned. Al the Doubled Ears show raised areas on the design. Spending time on these images will help train your eye to see what to look for on a doubled ear. That way you don't have to guess what a doubled ear would look like. Note what you do see that is different. Then your eye will be trained. Need to see even closer, use the CTRL and + ten enlarged the images even more.
