EPU is not hub doubling. That is extreme die wear. You coin is not the example of a DDR. Note the dots and the lower part of the devices on the DDR on coppercoins.
Looks like a very nice stage A. It's always a little trickier when there are two die marriages for a variety, but this RPM is quite distinct in the early die stage.
