I just found this going through my Shiners and grade worthy Jar, Natural gold tone colored 1991 its a DDR with what I call Lincolns door bell

From what I can see, it looks like plating blisters, that will eventually be zinc Deterioration.

Plating issue or gunk, either way worth one cent, has no errors.
