This Trade dollar appears to have doubling on the stars and on the lettering of "E PLURIBUS UNUM' also the reverse is rotated nearly 90 degrees from the obverse.

It reads trade unit not dollar. Not a goverment issue. Might not even be real silver. tissue test and weight.
