@ukn, first welcome to CCF. Second, it is a little hard to tell if that is a small circulation gouge (as it would be a continuation of the damage to the eyebrow and eyelid) or a die chip instead.

Interesting detail image - provocative for sure.

Not sure what this is from the photo provided. I'm initially skeptical that it left the mint this way.

Is the 'defect' raised from the surfaces or sunken in? That would tell us a lot about how it occurred.

Looks like a damaged coin that had a hit from something. There is metal pushed towards the nose and shine on cheek side which indicates a fresh hit.

I agree with a "hit" so PMD. It is on her nose and both cheeks.

Note the area above the brow is showing pushed metal away from the contact mark. Not a doubled die. Just a contact mark like also on the other cheek.
