 I'm going with over polished die on this one. It is also called a woody, (Wood grain effect) from improper alloy mix. I definitely like the coin.

80% of the woody coins on sale today are polishing lines. CJ you has to study a little bit the woody's form of pattern in function of the alloy.
Those are polishing lines.
